1. Who we are

This privacy policy describes how Contauri ("we", "us", or "Contauri") processes personal data when you use this website and, when available, the Contauri mobile app. We act as the data controller for the processing described here.

2. What we collect on this website

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit and the platform you selected (Android or iOS). We use this information only to notify you when Contauri becomes available for that platform.

We store your preferred color theme (light or dark) in your browser’s local storage so the site can remember your choice. This preference stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.

We do not use marketing cookies or third-party advertising trackers on this website.

3. Cloudflare Turnstile

Our waitlist form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-detection service operated by Cloudflare, Inc. Turnstile may process technical signals (such as IP address, browser information, and similar client signals) solely to distinguish humans from automated traffic and to protect the form from abuse.

We rely on our legitimate interest in securing this website against bots and spam. Cloudflare processes these signals as described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum, which forms part of how Turnstile handles data.

4. Where waitlist data is stored

Waitlist email addresses and platform choices are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV on infrastructure operated by Cloudflare. Cloudflare acts as a data processor for this storage on our behalf.

5. Product analytics (including the Contauri app)

When Contauri ships analytics in the website or the Flutter mobile app, those analytics will be anonymised. We will not use analytics to identify you personally, and we will not sell personal data.

If we introduce additional processing that requires consent under applicable law, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before that processing begins.

6. Retention and your rights

We keep waitlist emails until Contauri launches for the platform you chose, or until you ask us to delete your address, whichever comes first. After launch notifications are sent, we will delete or anonymise waitlist records that are no longer needed.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@contauri.app.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the website after an update means you have been informed of the revised policy.
